Instructions
1. Begin in a standing position with your feet together, arms at your sides.
2. Lateral side-step to the right with your right foot, followed by your left foot moving toward the right foot, mimicking a shuffling motion.
3. As you reach the right side, extend your right hand down to touch an imaginary point or corner on the ground while keeping your left hand raised for balance.
4. Push off your right foot and shuffle to the left, bringing your feet together as you move.
5. Upon reaching the left side, extend your left hand down to touch the opposite corner on the ground, mirroring the action on the right.
6. From this position, rotate your body 90 degrees clockwise and repeat the side-step shuffle to the next corner.
7. Touch the corner with your nearest hand following the same principle.
8. Continue rotating and stepping to each corner, alternating hands each time.
9. The exercise involves moving to four corners, which can be imagined or marked on the ground, in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
10. Maintain a bend in your knees throughout the movement, keeping your body in a slight squat position to engage your leg muscles continuously.
11. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions or duration, keeping up a rhythmic pace.
This exercise emphasizes agility, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. It can be adjusted in intensity by altering the speed and the depth of the squat.
