Instructions

1. Start by standing with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

2. Extend both arms above your head, bringing your hands together.

3. Shift your weight to one leg while bending at your waist and hips, reaching diagonally down towards the opposite corner of the room with your hands.

4. Keep your core engaged and try to maintain balance as you reach down diagonally, aiming to get close to the ankle of the opposite leg.

5. Hold the reach for a moment to feel the stretch along your side and obliques.

6. Return to the starting position, bringing both hands back together above your head.

7. Repeat the same movement on the other side, shifting your weight and bending towards the opposite corner.

8. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or duration.

Make sure to keep your movements controlled and avoid any jerky motions. This exercise can help with flexibility, range of motion, and core stability.
