Instructions

1. Stand or sit upright with shoulders relaxed and spine straight.

2. Place your right hand on the left side of your head, just above your ear.

3. Gently apply pressure with your hand, tilting your head to the right to feel a stretch on the left side of your neck.

4. Keep your left shoulder pressed downward to enhance the stretch; do not let it rise up towards your ear.

5. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, keeping your breath steady and avoiding any sudden movements.

6. Release gently, returning to the starting position, and then switch sides to stretch the opposite part of the neck.

7. Repeat the stretch 1-3 times per side, as desired.
