Instructions

1. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Slowly tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear toward the shoulder without raising the shoulder. Ensure you are not rotating your head during this movement.

3. If you need a deeper stretch, gently use your hand on the same side you're tilting towards to apply slight additional pressure, guiding your head further toward your shoulder.

4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply and focusing on relaxing the muscles in your neck.

5. Slowly release the stretch and return to the starting position.

6. Repeat the same process on the other side.

7. Perform 2-3 repetitions for each side.

Ensure you perform the movements gently and do not apply too much pressure with your hand to avoid overstretching or causing any injury. If you feel any sharp pain, stop the stretch immediately.
