Instructions

Positioning:
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides.
2. Ensure your posture is upright with your chest lifted and shoulders back.

Movement:
1. Step to the right side with your right foot, bending your right knee slightly as you lower into a side lunge.
2. As you step to the right, lift your left knee towards your chest, bringing your left arm straight up above your head.
3. Return to the starting position by stepping back to the center and lowering your left leg.
4. Repeat on the left side by stepping to the left, bending your left knee, lifting your right knee, and raising your right arm overhead.
5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
