Instructions

Alternate Knee Raise Side Reach (Plyometrics)

Positioning:
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Engage your core and keep your posture upright.
3. Place your hands on your hips or in a comfortable position.

**Movement 1. Begin by raising your right knee towards your chest while balancing on your left foot.
2. At the same time, reach your left hand towards the raised right knee.
3. Hold for a moment at the top to engage your balance.
4. Lower your right leg back to the starting position while bringing your left arm back down.
5. Repeat by raising your left knee and reaching with your right hand.
6. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
