Instructions
1. Sit on the ground: Begin with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2. Creating the starting position: Lean back slightly, making a V-shaped angle with your thighs. Engage your core to stabilize.
3. Hand positioning: Place your hands on your chest for the duration of the exercise.
4. Twist to the right: Rotate your torso towards the right hip, keeping hands on your chest.
5. Pause: Hold the position briefly at the end of your twist.
6. Return and twist left: Move back to the center, then twist left in a similar manner.
7. Continue alternating: Proceed with alternating twists, maintaining control and core engagement.
8. Breathing: Inhale in the center, exhale on each twist.
9. Repetition and sets: Perform as many repetitions and sets as desired.
10. Additional tips: Keep your abs engaged and feet on the ground to stabilize. Increase difficulty by adjusting speed, reps, or adding weight.
