Instructions

Positioning:
1. Start by sitting on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
2. Lean back slightly, keeping your back straight and core engaged. Your body should form a V-shape.
3. Position your hands together at your chest, palms facing each other.

Movement:
1. Shift your weight slightly to one side and simultaneously twist your torso to that side. As you twist, tap the floor beside your hip with the back of one hand.
2. Return to the center, maintaining your core tight.
3. Repeat the twist on the opposite side, tapping the floor beside your other hip.
4. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or time.
