Instructions

1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat. Lean slightly backwards to create a V-shape with your torso and thighs.

2. Hold a weighted bottle with both hands in front of you. Your arms should be bent and the bottle should be at chest height.

3. Brace your core and lift your feet slightly off the ground, balancing on your sit bones, to increase the difficulty (optional).

4. Twist your torso to the right, bringing the bottle towards the floor beside you. Keep your movements controlled, and avoid using momentum.

5. Pause briefly then twist your torso to the left side, moving the weight across and bringing it towards the floor on your left.

6. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a strong, engaged core throughout the exercise.

Remember to breathe evenly throughout the exercise and keep your movements controlled and deliberate. Focus on the twisting motion coming from your core rather than only moving your arms.
