Instructions
1. Starting Position:
- Stand or sit comfortably with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
- Keep your head facing forward and maintain a neutral neck position.
2. Initial Movement:
- Begin by relaxing your facial muscles.
- Gently close your lips and keep your mouth in a neutral position.
3. Exercise Execution:
- Slowly pucker your lips, as if you are about to give a gentle kiss.
- Maintain this pucker for about 3-5 seconds, feeling the muscles in your cheeks and around your mouth engage.
4. Opening Wider:
- After holding the pucker, open your mouth slightly, as if you are surprised or taking a deep breath.
- Ensure your lips remain relaxed as your mouth opens. Hold this position for another 3-5 seconds.
5. Return to Neutral:
- Gradually return to the starting position with relaxed facial muscles.
- Take a deep breath and relax your face completely.
6. Repetitions:
- Repeat this movement for 8-10 cycles, maintaining a steady pace and focusing on your breath.
7. Cool Down:
- After completing your repetitions, allow your face to relax fully.
- Optionally, take a moment to gently massage your cheeks to release any tension.
