Mouth Open Wide Exercise Instructions

Positioning:
1. Stand or sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Keep your head facing forward and your chin parallel to the ground.

Movement:
1. Take a deep breath in through your nose.
2. As you exhale, open your mouth as wide as you can while keeping your lips relaxed.
3. Hold the position for 5 seconds, feeling the stretch in your jaw and face muscles.
4. Slowly close your mouth while inhaling again.
5. Repeat the exercise for 5 to 10 repetitions.

Tips:
- Avoid straining your jaw; the movement should be controlled and comfortable.
- You can place your fingers gently on your cheeks to feel the muscles working as you perform the exercise.
- Make sure to keep your facial muscles relaxed throughout the movement.
