Instructions

Positioning:
1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
3. Engage your core for stability.

Movement:
1. Bring your hands up and place them on your cheeks, just below your eyes.
2. Gently apply pressure with your hands, pushing your cheeks outward.
3. Open your mouth slowly and wide as you can, feeling a stretch in your jaw.
4. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds, breathing deeply and evenly.
5. Relax and return to the starting position.
6. Repeat the stretch 3-5 times.

Tips:
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid tensing your neck.
- Ensure that the stretch is comfortable; do not overexert yourself.
