Instructions

1. Begin by stepping onto the stepmill and selecting the desired program or manual setting.

2. Grasp the handrails lightly for balance without relying on them to support your body weight.

3. Stand upright with good posture, looking straight ahead.

4. Start the machine and begin stepping at a pace that is challenging but allows you to maintain proper form.

5. Focus on stepping down with the balls of your feet and pushing through your heel to work your glutes and leg muscles effectively.

6. Try to avoid leaning on the handrails or hunching over, as this reduces the effectiveness of the workout and can lead to back strain.

7. Adjust the speed and intensity as needed to increase the workout challenge or to stay within your target heart rate zone.

8. Continue for the duration of your workout, making sure to breathe evenly.

9. To finish, gradually reduce the speed till the machine comes to a stop and carefully step off.

10. Stretch your leg muscles after the workout to aid recovery.
