Instructions

Positioning:

1. Sit or stand comfortably with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Ensure your head is in a neutral position, looking forward.

Movement:

1. Start by gently closing your lips.
2. Push your lips outward, as if you are trying to make a "pout" face.
3. Hold this position for a few seconds, feeling the muscles around your mouth tighten.
4. Relax your lips and return to the neutral position.
5. Repeat this movement for 10-15 repetitions.
6. After completing the repetitions, try varying the movement by:
- Puffing your cheeks out, holding for a few seconds, and releasing.
- Smiling widely while keeping your lips together, feeling the stretch in your cheek muscles.

Tips:

- Breathe normally throughout the exercise.
- Focus on the muscles around your mouth and cheeks to ensure you are engaging them correctly.
- If you feel any discomfort, stop the exercise and rest.
