Instructions
1. Sit or stand in a comfortable position, ensuring that your head and neck are aligned in a neutral position.
2. Relax the muscles in your face, especially around your mouth.
3. Close your lips gently but without compressing them tightly.
4. Without opening your mouth, move your lips as far to the right side as comfortable, stretching the muscles on the left side of your mouth. Ensure you do not strain your muscles.
5. Hold the stretch for a few seconds.
6. Return your lips to the center and then move them to the left side, again holding for a few seconds to stretch the muscles on the right side of your mouth.
7. Repeat this side-to-side movement for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
