Instructions

Setup and Starting Position: Stand or sit upright with your feet about hip-width apart and your hands resting by your sides or on your hips.

Stretch Routine: Begin by slowly tilting your head back to look upwards, stretching the front part of your neck. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds, ensuring you do not strain your neck.

Return your head to a neutral position, looking straight ahead.

Proceed to slowly tilt your head forward, bringing your chin towards your chest to stretch the back part of your neck. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds.

Bring your head back to a neutral position, looking straight ahead.

Gently rotate your head to one side, so your chin is over your shoulder, stretching the side of your neck. Hold for 5-10 seconds.

Return to the neutral position and repeat the same rotation to the other side.

You can repeat this sequence for a few repetitions, depending on your comfort level.

Always be gentle with neck stretches and avoid any sudden movements or overstretching, which can lead to injury. If you feel any pain, stop the exercise immediately.
