Equipment: None required.

Positioning:
1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Engage your core by tightening your abdominal muscles.
3. Begin with your arms extended out to the sides, parallel to the ground, palms facing forward.

Movement:
1. Start walking forward by taking small steps.
2. As you lift your right foot to step forward, simultaneously bring your left hand to tap your right shoulder.
3. Return your left hand to the starting position while lowering your right foot back to the ground.
4. Next, lift your left foot to step forward and tap your left shoulder with your right hand.
5. Continue alternating the shoulder taps with each step, maintaining a brisk pace.
6. Keep your movements controlled to engage your core while avoiding excessive sway in your hips.

Tips:
- Focus on maintaining balance as you move.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and away from your ears.
- Adjust the speed of the movement according to your fitness level.
