Standing Rest Pose (Front POV)

Positioning:
1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Distribute your weight evenly on both feet.
3. Keep your arms relaxed by your sides with your palms facing your thighs.
4. Hold your head up high, looking straight ahead.
5. Engage your core muscles for stability.

Movement:
1. Maintain this standing position, focusing on your posture.
2. Ensure your shoulders are relaxed and away from your ears.
3. Breathe deeply and steadily.
4. Hold the pose for as long as comfortable, ideally for about 1 to 2 minutes.
5. To exit the pose, gently shift your weight and move into your next activity.
