Instructions
1. Start Position:
- Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart. Ensure your weight is evenly distributed on both feet.
2. Body Alignment:
- Keep your head up and shoulders back. Your spine should be straight, and core engaged to maintain stability.
3. Arm Positioning:
- Place one hand on your hip while the other arm can be relaxed at your side or positioned gracefully.
4. Leg Positioning:
- Slightly bend one knee to create a more dynamic stance. This will help in showcasing your leg muscles.
5. Posing:
- To highlight your muscles, twist your torso slightly to one side. Turn your upper body while keeping your hips facing forward.
- Engage your core and tighten your muscles, especially in the arms and legs to accentuate definition.
6. Facial Expression:
- Maintain a confident and relaxed facial expression. Smile if appropriate or keep a serious look to emphasize the pose.
7. Breathing:
