Instructions
1. Adjust the weight on the cable crossover machine to an appropriate level for your fitness.
2. Sit on the machine with your back flat against the pad and feet flat on the floor.
3. Grasp the handles with your arms extended out to the sides parallel to the floor, creating a T-shape with your body.
4. In a smooth motion, bring your hands together in front of your chest, keeping your arms slightly bent at the elbow.
5. Squeeze your chest muscles as you perform the crossover.
6. Slowly return your arms back to the starting position with control, maintaining the tension in the cables throughout the movement.
7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
Make sure to maintain proper posture throughout the exercise, avoid arching your back, and keep the movements controlled to maximize muscle engagement and to prevent injury.
