Arm Double Crossover Chest Exercise Instructions

Positioning

1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Keep your knees slightly bent and your core engaged.
3. Raise your arms out to the side at shoulder height, keeping them straight.
4. Your palms should be facing forward.

Movement

1. While maintaining your arm height, bring your right arm across your body towards the left side.
2. Allow your left arm to cross over the right arm as you bring it towards the right.
3. Squeeze your chest muscles as you perform the crossover movement.
4. Return to the starting position by uncrossing your arms and spreading them back out to the sides.
5. Repeat the crossover with your left arm crossing over your right.
6. Continue alternating the crossover for a desired number of repetitions (e.g., 10-15 per side).

Tips

- Maintain a steady and controlled movement throughout the exercise.
- Focus on squeezing your chest muscles during each crossover.
- Breathe steadily; exhale when your arms cross, and inhale as you return to the starting position.

Cool Down

- After completing your sets, stretch your arms and chest muscles gently to relax them.
