Instructions

1. Sit on the ground with your legs bent at the knees.

2. Lean back slightly to create a V-shape with your torso and thighs.

3. Hold a kettlebell with both hands directly in front of your chest.

4. Keep your feet either flat on the ground or elevated slightly for more difficulty.

5. Engage your core and rotate your torso to one side, bringing the kettlebell towards the ground beside you.

6. Rotate to the opposite side, moving the weight smoothly and controlled, while keeping your legs still.

7. Continue these rotations for the desired number of repetitions.

Key Points: Ensure that you keep your core engaged throughout the movement to protect your spine. Perform the twists controlled and don't rely on momentum to swing the weight. Breathe properly, exhaling as you twist and inhale as you return to the center.
