Instructions

Positioning:

1. Lie flat on your back on a mat.
2. Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the floor.
3. Raise your arms straight above your chest and clasp your hands together.
4. Engage your core muscles to stabilize your body.

Movement:

1. Twist: Slowly rotate your torso to the right while keeping your feet flat on the ground. Your arms should remain extended above you.
2. Return: Bring your torso back to the starting position.
3. Repeat: Rotate your torso to the left, bringing it back to the center afterward.
4. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips:

- Keep your movements slow and controlled to focus on your core.
- Avoid pulling on your neck; keep your head in a neutral position.
