Instructions

Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat, holding the medicine ball with both hands.

Lean back slightly, keeping your back straight, to engage your core muscles.

Lift your feet off the floor, balancing on your buttocks. This is your starting position.

Twist your torso to the right, bringing the medicine ball towards the floor beside you.

Hold the position for a moment, then twist your torso to the left side, moving the medicine ball to the opposite side of your body.

Continue to alternate sides, twisting your core with smooth, controlled movements.

Keep your feet elevated and maintain a steady pace, focusing on using your abdominal muscles to perform the movement.

Perform the desired number of repetitions or continue for a set period.

Remember to breathe normally throughout the exercise, exhale during the twist, and inhale as you return to the center. Adjust the weight of the medicine ball as needed to match your fitness level, and ensure you maintain proper form to avoid strain on your lower back.
