Equipment: No equipment needed.

Starting Position:
1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Your arms should be relaxed at your sides, and your body should feel balanced.

Movement Instructions:
1. Step forward with your right foot into a lunge position while keeping your left foot planted.
2. As you step forward, raise your left arm straight up towards the ceiling.
3. Simultaneously, draw a half circle with your right arm starting from the side of your body, moving it laterally and upward.
4. Bring your right arm up towards your left arm, completing the half circle motion.
5. Hold this position for a moment, feeling the stretch and balance in your stance.
6. Step back to the starting position and repeat the movement for the left side: step forward with your left foot, raise your right arm, and draw the half circle with your left arm.
7. Alternate between right and left for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips:

- Ensure that your knees do not extend beyond your toes when in the lunge position.
