Instructions

Front Step Criss Cross Arms (Plyometrics)

Positioning

1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Ensure your core is engaged.
2. Extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height.

Movement

1. Take a step forward with your right foot.
2. As you step forward, simultaneously crisscross your arms in front of your body (right arm goes over the left arm).
3. Push off your right foot and quickly return to the starting position.
4. Repeat the movement by stepping forward with your left foot while crisscrossing your arms again (left arm over the right).
5. Continue alternating legs for the desired duration or repetitions.

Tips

- Focus on landing softly on your feet to reduce impact.
- Ensure your movements are controlled to maximize muscle engagement.
- Maintain a steady rhythm, and breathe naturally throughout the exercise.
