Stand tall while holding a light dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing behind you or toward your body in a pronated grip.
Rest your forearms against the front of your thighs or let them hang naturally with your wrists just past your knees if seated, keeping your elbows stationary.
Exhale as you slowly curl your wrists upward, raising the back of your hands toward the ceiling as high as possible.
Pause for a brief second at the top to squeeze your forearm muscles.
Inhale as you lower the dumbbells back down in a controlled manner to the starting position.
