Instructions
Dumbbell Wood Chop
Starting Position:
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Hold the dumbbell with both hands, positioning it near your hip on one side of your body.
Movement Instructions:
1. Bend your knees slightly and engage your core.
2. In one fluid motion, bring the dumbbell diagonally across your body, rotating your hips and shoulders as you lift the weight upward to your opposite shoulder.
3. Keep your arms straight, but not locked, as you move.
4. Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
