Instructions

1. Begin in a comfortable seated or standing position with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.

2. Gently tuck your chin toward your chest, feeling a stretch along the back of your neck.

3. Place your hands gently on the back of your head (not pulling, just resting) to increase the stretch slightly.

4. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, breathing deeply and maintaining good posture.

5. Release the stretch and return to the starting position.

6. Repeat the stretch 3-5 times, taking care to move slowly and not force your head beyond a comfortable range of motion.
