Instructions

Begin by standing straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended in front of you at shoulder height.

Take a step to the right with your right foot. As you move, swing your left arm forward to mimic a freestyle swimming stroke while pulling your right elbow back as if completing the backstroke.

Now step to the right with your left foot, bringing it toward the right foot, and switch arm movements accordingly (right arm swings forward, left arm pulls back).

Continue moving laterally to the right for the desired number of steps, maintaining a rhythmic and controlled arm movement with each step.

Once you have finished your steps to the right, reverse direction, leading with the left foot and mirroring the arm movements to move to the left.

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets, focusing on maintaining balance, coordination, and controlled arm movements throughout the exercise.

This exercise promotes agility, coordination, and lateral movement, simulating the coordination of swimming strokes while providing an aerobic workout.
