Instructions

1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides.

2. Step to the right with your right foot, simultaneously raising both arms laterally to shoulder height.

3. Bring your left foot to meet your right foot, returning to the starting shoulder-width stance, and lower your arms to your sides.

4. Step to the left with your left foot, raising both arms laterally to shoulder height.

5. Bring your right foot to meet your left foot, returning to the starting stance, and lower your arms.

6. Continue alternating steps to the side with synchronous arm raises for the desired number of repetitions or set duration.

7. Maintain a smooth and rhythmic motion, using the full range of motion in both your hips and shoulders.

8. Keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the exercise.
