Instructions

1. Start by standing with your feet together and your arms extended at shoulder height out to the sides.

2. Begin the exercise by stepping laterally (to the side) with one foot, allowing the other foot to follow slightly, maintaining a distance that gives you balance and agility.

3. As you take each side step, swipe your hands across your body in the opposite direction of your step, creating a counterbalance and engaging your core muscles. If stepping to the right, swipe left, and vice versa.

4. Your arms should move in a controlled, swinging motion from side to side in conjunction with your leg movements.

5. Maintain a slight bend in your knees throughout the movement to keep your leg muscles engaged.

6. Continue to alternate the side steps and arm swipes for the desired duration or number of repetitions.

7. Keep your torso upright and avoid leaning forward or backward excessively as you move.

8. Focus on making each movement smooth and controlled, transitioning seamlessly from one side to the other.

9. This exercise can be performed at a slow pace for beginners or increased in speed to enhance cardiovascular intensity and agility for more advanced individuals.
