Instructions

Hand Swipes with Side Step (Plyometrics) Instructions
Positioning:
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Keep a slight bend in your knees.
3. Engage your core to stabilize your body.
4. Raise your arms so that your elbows are bent at about 90 degrees, with your hands in front of your chest.

Movement:
1. Step to the right with your right foot, shifting your weight onto that foot.
2. As you step, extend your right arm straight in front of you, palm facing out.
3. Swiftly swipe your hand across your body to the left, while bringing your left foot in to meet your right foot.
4. Return to the starting position.
5. Repeat by stepping to the left with your left foot and swiping your left arm across to the right.
6. Continue alternating sides, maintaining a quick and fluid motion.
7. Aim for a rhythmic pace to keep your heart rate up.

Tips:
- Keep your movements controlled to prevent injury.
- Focus on good form rather than speed, especially if you're a beginner.
- Adjust the distance of your steps based on your comfort level.
