Instructions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended straight out to your sides at shoulder height.

2. Step out to your right side with your right leg, keeping your left foot in place. As you do so, twist your torso to the right, reaching your left hand towards your right foot.

3. Swipe your left hand across your lower body as if wiping something away from your right hip to your left hip while maintaining the twist in your torso.

4. Return your right foot to the starting position while simultaneously bringing your arms back to the extended position parallel to the floor.

5. Repeat the movement stepping out to the left side with your left leg, twisting your torso to the left, and swiping your right hand across your lower body towards your left hip.

6. Perform the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.

Make sure to engage your core throughout the movement, keep your movements controlled, and breathe steadily. This exercise is a dynamic movement that focuses on engaging the core, improving flexibility in the torso, and can serve as a warm-up or part of a cardio routine.
