Instructions
1. Stand beside a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Extend the arm nearest to the wall and place your palm flat against the surface at shoulder height.
3. Keep your arm straight with a slight bend in your elbow to avoid hyperextension.
4. Slowly turn your body away from the wall until you feel a comfortable stretch across the front of your chest and shoulder. Do not force the stretch to the point of pain.
5. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch.
6. To release, slowly turn your body back toward the wall, and gently remove your hand.
7. Repeat the stretch with your other arm to ensure a balanced stretch on both sides.
Remember to perform the stretch in a controlled manner and never force your joints or muscles beyond their comfortable range of motion. Stretching should always feel like a gentle pull, not pain.
