Instructions

1. Start in a push-up position with your arms fully extended beneath your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from your heels to your head.

2. Engage your core to stabilize your body and ensure your hips do not sag or rise up.

3. Without allowing your hips to rotate or your body to sway, bring your right knee to your right elbow, keeping the rest of your body stable.

4. Return your right leg back to the starting position.

5. Repeat the motion with your left knee to your left elbow.

6. Alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions or for a set amount of time while maintaining proper form and keeping the core engaged throughout the exercise.
