Instructions
Sitting Tip-Toe Clap on a Chair
Equipment Needed: No equipment required, just a sturdy chair.
Positioning:
Sit on the edge of the chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Keep your back straight and engage your core.
Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, parallel to the ground.
3. Movement:
While keeping your arms extended, rise onto your tip-toes (the balls of your feet) without lifting your heels off the ground.
As you rise, bring your arms in front of you and clap your hands together.
Lower your heels slowly back to the floor while extending your arms back to the starting position.
Repeat the movement for 10-15 repetitions, maintaining control and proper posture throughout.
Tips:
Focus on balance and stability as you rise onto your tip-toes.
If you feel unstable, you can place your hands on the sides of the chair for support.
Perform this exercise slowly to maximize the engagement of your leg and core muscles.
