Calf Clap Raise

Accurate?

Raise, clap, repeat! Tone your calves *and* improve coordination with this fun, unique exercise.

Instructions

1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Raise your arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height so that your body forms a "T" shape.

3. Engage your core to stabilize your body.

4. Quickly raise onto the balls of your feet to perform a calf raise.

5. While at the top of the calf raise, simultaneously clap your hands in front of your chest.

6. Lower your heels back to the ground and return your hands to their starting position.

7. Repeat the motion, clapping each time you raise onto your toes.

Ensure you maintain a steady pace and control the movements, especially when lowering your heels back to the ground to avoid any unnecessary impact on the joints. It is essential to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise to ensure stability and maximize the engagement of your calf muscles.
