Instructions
1. Start by standing with your feet together, arms relaxed at your sides.
2. Step out to the right with your right foot, while simultaneously swinging your arms to the right in a natural motion.
3. As your right foot lands, your left foot will follow, stepping towards the right foot, almost like a sidestep or shuffle.
4. Immediately reverse the direction by stepping out to the left with your left foot and swinging your arms to the left side.
5. Continue to sidestep from right to left fluidly, focusing on balance, coordination, and a smooth rhythm.
6. Perform the exercise for a set duration or number of repetitions, maintaining a moderate pace and controlled movement throughout the workout.
Remember to maintain good posture, keep your core engaged, and breathe rhythmically as you transition from side to side. This exercise can improve lateral movement, agility, and cardiovascular endurance when performed consistently.
