Release neck tension with this simple stretch. Improve flexibility and relieve stiffness with gentle, guided movements.

Instructions

1. Stand or sit with good posture, keeping your back straight and shoulders relaxed.

2. Place your right hand on the top left side of your head.

3. Gently pull your head to the right side, bringing your ear closer to your shoulder.

4. Keep your left arm relaxed at your side or reach it down to increase the stretch.

5. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply and keeping the rest of your body still.

6. Slowly release the stretch and return to the starting position.

7. Repeat the stretch on the opposite side by placing your left hand on the top right side of your head and gently pulling to the left side.

8. Ensure not to pull too hard; the stretch should feel comfortable and relieving.

9. Perform the stretch on both sides for the recommended duration and repetitions as per your comfort level.
