Instructions
1. Sit comfortably on the floor or a chair with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Gently lower your left ear towards your left shoulder, being careful not to lift your shoulder to meet your ear.
3. Use your left hand to apply slight additional pressure by resting it on the top right side of your head. Do not pull; just let the weight of your hand provide a deeper stretch.
4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling a gentle extension down the right side of your neck.
5. Slowly release the stretch by removing your hand and returning your head to a neutral position.
6. Repeat the stretch on the other side by lowering your right ear to your right shoulder and using your right hand.
Ensure you maintain steady breathing throughout the stretch and do not force your head lower than comfortable. This stretch is aimed at reducing tension in the neck and enhancing flexibility.
