Instructions

1. Start in a standing position with your feet together and arms by your side.

2. Begin with an "Overhead Jack," jumping slightly to spread your feet shoulder-width apart while simultaneously raising your arms overhead. Make sure your palms face inward and clap your hands together at the top of the movement.

3. Quickly reverse the motion, bringing your arms back down to your sides and your feet back together, returning to the starting position.

4. Immediately transition into a "Jumping Jack," this time jumping to spread your feet out wider than shoulder-width apart and raising your arms out to the sides and up over your head. Again, clap your hands together at the top of the movement.

5. Quickly bring your arms back down to your sides and your feet back together, returning to the starting position.

6. Continue alternating between Overhead Jacks and Jumping Jacks in a smooth, fluid motion for a desired number of repetitions or for a set duration of time.

This exercise is an effective way to increase your heart rate, promote cardiovascular health, and improve coordination and agility. It combines the core movements of a traditional jumping jack with an overhead clap to engage more muscle groups.
