Instructions
Starting Position: Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
Arm Position: Lift your arms out to the sides, parallel to the ground, creating a T shape with your body. Ensure your palms are facing down.
Knee Lift: Shift your weight onto your left leg. Slowly raise your right knee towards your chest, keeping your foot flexed.
Twist Movement: As you lift your knee, twist your torso to the right, allowing your left arm to cross in front of your body while your right arm extends back.
Hold the Position: Pause for a moment to feel the stretch in your core and hip. Focus on maintaining balance.
Return to Start: Bring your right knee back down and return your arms to the starting position.
Switch Sides: Repeat the movement on the left side by shifting your weight onto your right leg, lifting your left knee, and twisting your torso to the left.
Repetitions: Complete 10-12 repetitions on each side, focusing on controlled movements and good posture throughout the exercise.
Breathing: Inhale as you prepare and lift your knee, and exhale as you twist. Remember to breathe steadily during the exercise.
Cool Down: After finishing both sides, shake out your legs and arms to release any tension.
