Instructions

1. ** Begin by lying face down** on the floor with your legs straight and arms bent with hands near your head, as if you are about to perform a push-up.

2. ** Engage your core** and raise your torso off the ground, supporting your weight on your forearms and toes (elbow plank position).

3. While keeping your core tight and body in a straight line, start by lifting your right hand and left foot slightly off the floor.

4. Slowly and simultaneously move your right hand forward as well as your left knee towards the elbow, mimicking a crawling motion.

5. Return your lifted hand and foot to the starting position.

6. Repeat the movement with the opposite arm and leg, lifting your left hand and right foot this time.

7. Continue alternating sides, crawling forward with each movement.

8. Keep your hips stable and minimize any side-to-side swaying to ensure the core remains the focus of the exercise.

9. Perform for the desired number of reps or time while maintaining good form.
