Instructions

1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended to the sides at shoulder height.

2. Swing your arms across your body to the left while simultaneously raising your right knee towards your right elbow. Your upper body will twist slightly to the left.

3. Lower your right leg back down to the starting position while your arms swing back to the sides.

4. Next, swing your arms across your body to the right while simultaneously raising your left knee towards your left elbow.

5. Continue to alternate sides for the desired number of reps, maintaining a rhythmic and controlled motion throughout the exercise.

Tips: - Keep your core engaged and back straight throughout the movement. - Perform the exercise in a controlled manner without using momentum. - Focus on the contraction of the obliques as you raise your knee to ensure proper form. - Breathe out as you raise your knee and twist, and breathe in as you return to the starting position.
