Instructions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
2. Hold a kettlebell with one hand in front of your body, gripping it by the handle with your palm facing down.
3. Keeping your core tight and back straight, begin to swing the kettlebell around your body to the back.
4. As the kettlebell reaches behind you, switch hands by passing the kettlebell from one hand to the other behind your back.
5. Continue swinging the kettlebell back to the front of your body and switch hands again, this time in front of you.
6. Keep your movements controlled and fluid.
7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, passing the kettlebell around your body in a circular motion.
8. You can switch directions after a set or in intervals to ensure balanced muscle work on both sides of the body.
Be sure to maintain a strong posture and avoid rotating your hips excessively as you pass the kettlebell around your body. This exercise helps improve core stability, coordination, and grip strength.
