Instructions

Inner Thigh Tap to Chest Open (Plyometrics)

Positioning:

1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Engage your core muscles to maintain stability.
3. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.

Movement:

1. Tap the Inner Thigh:
- Raise your right knee to hip height while simultaneously bringing your left hand towards your inner right thigh to tap it.
- Ensure your back is straight and your core remains engaged.
- Return to the starting position.

2. Chest Open:
- From the starting position, bring your arms up and out to your sides, opening your chest as you turn your torso slightly to the right.
- Keep your knees slightly bent for balance.

3. Repeat on the Other Side:
- Now raise your left knee to hip height and tap it with your right hand.
- Return to the starting position and then open your chest, turning slightly to the left.

4. Continue Alternating:
- Alternate between tapping your thigh and opening your chest for a set period (e.g., 30 seconds).
- Aim for a smooth, controlled movement throughout.

Tips:

- Focus on your balance and control to maintain proper form.
- Keep your movements fluid to maximize the plyometric benefits.
- Start slowly and increase speed as you become more comfortable with the movements.
