Instructions
1. Start in a neutral standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides.
2. Gently draw your elbows backward, squeezing your shoulder blades together without arching your lower back.
3. Keep your chest up and open while pulling your elbows back, and hold this stretch for 15-30 seconds.
4. Ensure that you are not creating tension in your neck or shoulders during the stretch. Relax them as much as possible.
5. Slowly release your arms and return to the starting position.
6. Repeat the stretch 2-3 times, giving yourself a moment between each repetition.
Remember to breathe evenly throughout the stretch and never force the movement. The stretch should create a gentle pulling sensation in the chest muscles without causing pain.
