Instructions

1. Sit on the ground with your legs extended straight in front of you.

2. Hold a dumbbell with both hands, and raise it in front of your chest. This will be your starting position.

3. Lean back slightly, ensuring your spine is straight and your core is engaged.

4. Lift your feet slightly off the ground to create a 'V' shape with your body.

5. Rotate your torso to the right, bringing the dumbbell towards the ground beside you while keeping your legs stationary.

6. Twist your torso back to the center and then to the left side, moving the dumbbell to the left side of your body.

7. Return to the starting position to complete one repetition.

8. Continue to alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions.

Remember to breathe steadily throughout the exercise, exhaling as you twist and inhaling as you return to the center. Adjust the weight of the dumbbell to fit your fitness level, and ensure that you perform the exercise in a controlled manner to avoid straining your back.

Please note that this exercise requires a certain level of core strength and balance, so it may not be suitable for beginners or individuals with lower back issues. It's important to perform the movement with proper form to prevent injury.
