Instructions
1. Set the pulleys on a dual cable machine to the highest or a high position and attach a handle to each pulley. Choose your desired weight on the stack.
2. Grab each handle with your palms facing down and stand in the middle of the cable machine. Take a step forward for stability.
3. Lean your torso slightly forward, with a slight bend in your knees, and maintain a slight bend in your elbows to prevent joint stress.
4. With a controlled motion, bring your hands together in front of your upper chest, slightly crossing one hand over the other.
5. Squeeze your chest muscles as you complete the movement.
6. Slowly return your hands back to the starting position, in a wide arc, until you feel a slight stretch in your chest.
7. Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
Note: Keep the movement smooth and controlled, focusing on using your chest muscles to pull the handles forward. Avoid using too much weight, as it can lead to using momentum or strain on other muscles.
